About Us

VALUES

AND CULTURE

Our founders were not merely interested in creating “just another advisory firm.” We started by talking with clients first and asked what they needed in a firm and a strategic partner, and we heard them loud and clear. We are dedicated to increasing shareholder value through innovative solutions and superior quality, while delivering with hands-on industry leading professionals.

Creative. Resourceful. Decisive. Qualities you will find in each one of our professionals. Our values and unique approach to business has helped us develop a style synonymous with success. While we bring innovative fresh ideas to our clients, we take an old-school approach to client service, treat the client with respect, we listen to their concerns and we deliver our promises.

As a non-attest firm, Rausch Advisory Services works on behalf of management as a trusted partner. We work collaboratively with our clients whether it is a co-sourced or outsourced opportunity. We deliver measurable value by leveraging experienced dedicated professionals

RESPONSIBILITY

ETHICAL SOURCING AND SUSTAINABILITY

Rausch believes that our commitment to sustainability and ethics extends beyond our own work capabilities and should include the decisions we make as a company about the partners we align with, and the products and services we buy. Our purchasing policy takes sustainability and ethical sourcing into consideration throughout all stages of the buying cycle, and we encourage our teams to support local and small businesses to minimize carbon footprint and support local economies.

Rausch expects our suppliers to treat workers and employees with respect and fairness, to have suitable anti-slavery and human trafficking policies and procedures in place, and to act in accordance with applicable laws.

To ensure alignment between our values and ethics and those of our suppliers, Rausch leverages the Rausch Assessment Solutions (RAS) platform to evaluate our vendors for third party risk ensuring they meet these requirements. Additionally, many of our clients have licensed the RAS platform to maintain their vendor risk profiles.

DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION

We recognize the value of our relationships and treat our professionals how we expect they treat our clients. We seek to treat all staff fairly and consistently, to create a workplace and business environment that is open, transparent, and trusted. All Rausch team members are required to conduct their activities in accordance with our codes and policies, including our Acceptable Use Policy and Anti-Harassment Policy, as they are implemented and updated from time to time.

Diversity and inclusion are deeply ingrained in our values and hiring practices. These are core tenets to our business because they are aligned to our company’s ethics. Rausch subscribes to Equal Opportunity practices of the Federal and State Government. Rausch hires qualified professionals without regard to race, color, national origin, sex, age, physical handicap or medical condition. This is not just a policy, 50% of our advisory board is female which represents the make up of our diverse professional team as well. Our executive team is equally as diverse. These policies and hiring practices also have the added value of improving business performance.

COMMUNITY SUPPORT

Rausch Advisory Services and its employees are proud supporters of the communities in which we work and live. Rausch encourages and provides events for employees and their families to volunteer. Through these programs we proactively improve our community and promote a culture of responsibility and giving across our company. We also provide paid time for our employees to invest in the next generation through mentorship events and community outreach events through local non-for-profit organizations.

One of the areas we focus on is improving access to education. Rausch places special emphasis on college scholarships, investing in the next generation of auditors through a designated Rausch Internal Audit Scholarship at Kennesaw State University.
